1. Information we collect

When you register, we collect the details you provide directly:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number

We also automatically log the IP address and timestamp of a registration to help us detect spam and abuse. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.

2. How we use it

Your details are used only to:

• Confirm your registration and keep a record of who has signed up
• Send you the event date, venue, schedule, and other festival updates
• Contact you directly if there's a change that affects your registration

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

3. Photography and media

Game 11 Festival is regularly photographed and filmed for our own promotional use, including on our Instagram, @game11festival. By attending, you may appear in photos or video from the event. If you'd rather not be featured, let an organizer know on the day, or contact us beforehand.

4. How your data is protected

Registrations are stored on a private, access-controlled database. Only festival organizers can view the full list of registrations, through a password-protected admin area. We do not share your details with third parties, other than a service provider strictly necessary to run this site (for example, our hosting provider).

5. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them entirely, at any time. Send a request from the email address you registered with and we'll act on it as soon as we can.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the festival grows. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
